Breakfast smoothie

It’s packed with nutritions and you can do this in a jiffy. Smoothies can be done with any fruits and veggies. You can incorporate almost any veggies especially all greens into it . it’s healthy and indeed tasty. You can add chia seeds, plain yogurt( or flavored), oats, dates, figs, honey  or almond milk, skimmed milk into it. If your craving to eat something sweet and healthy add in some dates in ur smoothie.

Ingredients:

Banana, strawberry, Raspberry, orange, carrot.

Directions:

Add it all in ur blender and blend until it’s smooth.
