Avocados are the fruits with a creamy texture. They are often a feature of Mexican and South American cuisine.Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins, and Folic acid.They also act as a “nutrient booster”. Healthy ingredients are made in different version. Guacamole is the only dish that strikes my mind when i see avocados. But this time tried out a smoothie. It tasted delicious and filling.
1.Ripen Avocados -2 (Cut the avocados and scoop out the pulp)
2. Milk – 1/2 cup
3. Sugar/ Honey/ Condensed Milk as per your preferences.(I used 2 tsp of honey)
4. Ice Cubes -7
5. A pinch of salt
- Combine the avocado, milk, honey,salt and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth.Serve immediately.
