Rava Kesari

Kesari is a traditional south Indian dish. This dish can be prepared with the combination of Rava, water and sugar. You can even replace water with milk. But i prefer to do it with water. I love the smell, taste, color and the texture of the dish. Even though there are so many sweet’s in my favorites  list, kesari will always be in the first place. For some reason, i love it!! I still remember my childhood days, when my mom prepare kesari and keep it ready when i come home from school.
