Garlic podi is a perfect side dish for south indian Breakfast recipe like Idli, dosai, Wheat dhosa,uthapam. Just pour some oil over the garlic podi, mix it well and have it. On your lazy day,this dish makes your life easier It is a very simple to do dish. You can do it in a jiffy with very few ingredient. Yes!! Easy and spice 😉
- Garlic : 6 clove
- Sambar powder – 1 tsp or less depends on your spice level
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Sesame Oil-A generous 5 to 6 tsp
- Crush the garlic.. In a small bowl, add in crushed garlic,sambar powder and salt. Mix it nicely and store it in a air tight container.
- Mix the podi with some oil and have it. This will go well with almost all of south indian breakfast’s. Happy Eating 🙂
